The displaying of products and/or prices on this Site constitutes an invitation to treat only. No contract shall come into existence until we accept your order, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our absolute discretion. Any acceptance will be subject to these terms and conditions, to the entire exclusion of any others you may seek to impose. We reserve the right to change and/or withdraw any product displayed on this Site without notice at any time before your order is accepted. top

Products displayed on this Site are available only whilst stocks last.
Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product. top
9. Pricing
The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in UK sterling, and are only valid and effective in the UK. Payments can only be made in UK sterling. The prices include VAT at 17.5%, and are subject to change if the applicable rate of VAT changes before your order is accepted. Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, which will be charged at the rates specified below. top
10. Methods of Payment
Credit and Debit Cards:
We accept most major cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, and Visa Delta. We are unable to accept payment via cheque, PayPal or any method other than those listed above.
Gift Vouchers:
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept gift vouchers – these must be redeemed at our Kew stores. top
11. Delivery
All of our deliveries are made by Royal Mail using a signed for service to guarantee your delivery. We have two delivery options available:
- Standard: 3-5 Working Day at £5.00 per order
- Express: 1-2 Working Day at £7.00 per order
Both options are based on working days and exclude weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 12.30pm on any working day will count the following day as day 1. Orders placed after 12.30pm on any given Friday will count the following Monday as day 1. top
12. Areas of Distribution
Kew delivers to all areas of the UK, including Northern Ireland, all off-shore Islands and the Channel Islands.
We are happy to deliver to BFPO addresses, but these cannot currently be placed online. If you would like to contact the Sales Team via enquiries@kew-online.com with your order details we will contact you to make the arrangements for processing your request.
We do not currently deliver to the rest of Europe or Internationally.
13. Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, in addition to your statutory rights, if for any reason you would like to return a purchase to us, please refer to the returns policy and procedure set out below:
We offer a refund on any unworn, undamaged item within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable, the cost of postage when returning the goods is to be paid by you. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, the cost of returning the item will be paid by Kew.
If you wish to return or exchange any item, please follow the steps set out in Customer Services.
We reserve the right to send goods back to you if they have been worn or soiled in any way. We also reserve the right to make a charge of £10 per item to cover the extra handling and postage costs we incur. top
14. Goods not received
Claims in relation to items charged but not received should be made within 90 days of the statement charge. top
15. Order Cancellation
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods to cancel the contract for your order with Kew online.
In this case we will issue you with a full refund including any postage charges paid at time of order however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received it. In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and unworn. Your refund will usually be processed within 14 days upon receipt but please allow up to 30 days during busy periods.
If you decide to cancel your order with Kew online you must let us know in writing by email or fax within 7 days from the day after you receive your goods and quote your order number and full name. Please contact us on the details below:

The goods must then be returned to Kew’s distribution centre in Swindon based on the step process provided on the returns form dispatched with your order.top16. Sale purchased goods
All order for sale items purchased online may be cancelled during the period of 7 days from the day after receipt of the goods (the cooling off period). If an order is not cancelled during this period and you wish to return the product, you may exchange the item for a period of up to 14 days from receipt of the goods. Refunds are not available following the cooling off period, unless the goods are faulty or damaged, in which case you are entitled to a full refund. top
17. Data Protection
In addition to allowing us to check your creditworthiness and process your orders, the personal data you submit, and our records of your visits to the Site, will be used to monitor and improve our service to you, and for marketing purposes. We may send you, brochures, leaflets and catalogues displaying our products and services, and may telephone you in order to tell you of promotional offers, to discuss account details or for market research. We will respect the privacy of your personal data, and will comply with all data protection legislation currently in force in the UK.

17. Promotions
Free Delivery Promotions
Promotion valid up until quoted end date. A promotion code must be quoted at the basket page or when phoning to place an order. Promotions are valid for mailorder and online purchases only. Free delivery applies to standard (3-5 day) delivery only. No cash alternative will be given.
