How much will my delivery cost and how long will it take?
All of our deliveries are made by Royal Mail using a signed for service to guarantee your delivery. We have two delivery options available:
Standard: 3-5 Working Day at £5.00 per order
Express: 1-2 Working Day at £7.00 per order
Both options are based on working days and exclude weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 1.30pm on any working day will count the following day as day 1.
Orders placed after 1.30pm on any given Friday will count the following Monday as day 1.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the UK, Channel Islands and British Forces Post Offices (BFPO). Sadly, we do not currently deliver to the rest of Europe or Internationally.Who will be delivering my order?
We use Royal Mail ‘signed for’ service. If you are not in when they attempt delivery, they will leave a card informing you that they have returned your package to your local delivery office. You may then either collect your item in person or arrange a re-delivery with Royal Mail by following the card’s instructions.
How can I track my order?
By setting up/logging into your online account you will be able to track the progress of your order. If you’ve given us an email address we will send both an order confirmation email and dispatch confirmation at the point that your parcel leaves our warehouse. If you have not received your order within the delivery timescale and have not been left a card by Royal Mail please call our team on 020 8487 2001 or email enquiries@kew-online.com, quoting the order reference number provided with your order confirmation.
Why don’t you offer free postage?
From time to time we do offer free delivery promotions distributed via our e-newsletter. However, if we did this all of the time we would have to increase the cost of our items and this isn’t something we want to do. As a result our current competitive delivery options have remained fixed for the past few years.
